What if I would like to return my order?
We want you to love every piece from Luxe Boutique just as much as we loved choosing it for you. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
All we ask is that the piece comes back to us unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached. Simply email us at info@luxeboutiqueonline.com with your order details and we'll take care of the rest.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@luxeboutiqueonline.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping really is free. For all orders within the USA, we provide free USPS shipping. There is no paid priority option because it is not needed. Every customer receives the same fast, careful service. We pack each Luxe Boutique piece with care and ship it as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
