Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Items must be sent with tracking.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Worn or soiled items

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@luxeboutiqueonline.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. You will receive return instructions after your request is reviewed.

3. Carefully repackage the item with all accessories and documents.

4. Ship the item to the return address provided in the instructions.

5. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking code.
   Items returned without required documentation may experience delays.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Depending on your bank or provider, funds may take up to 7 business days to appear.

Special Cases

1. Damaged or faulty item

• Report within 30 days of delivery.

• Include photos of the issue.

• We will cover return shipping and issue a refund or send a replacement.

2. Wrong item received

• Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo.

• We will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

3. Package marked as delivered but not received

• Notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

• We will open a case with the carrier.

• If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund according to our policy.

4. Order cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled at no cost if they have not yet shipped.

• If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
