Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet shipped (usually within 1–3 days).

If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item after delivery according to our Return Policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide the following:

• Your order number

• One or more photos of the item

• A short description of the issue

If your order is delayed:
